Yetric is my software development and consulting practice based in Sweden.

I don’t think great software comes from brilliance.
I think it comes from iteration, honest feedback, and teams that trust each other.

Most systems don’t fail because of a missing pattern or the wrong framework.
They fail because people stop talking, stop adjusting, or optimize for the wrong thing.

This blog is where I write about things I run into in real work:

• Making architecture decisions without pretending they’re permanent.
• Moving away from legacy systems step by step.
• Creating short feedback loops so mistakes stay small.
• Building teams where people take ownership and give each other credit.
• Aligning technology with what actually matters for the business.

I’m not chasing perfect code.
I’m trying to find the right spot through iteration.

If the team works, the software usually follows.
